Class Descriptions
All Levels Class Vinyasa
This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioner. This class however is not good for beginners unless you are pretty active to begin with. If you're a person who is active, an athlete, Martial Artist, runner, crossfitter or otherwise have taken fitness classes before then you should be fine with no experience. If you have never done yoga before and have no background in working out this class may be extremely challenging and we don't recommend taking it. When in doubt shoot us an email and we'll help guide you!
Kettlebells
This kettlebell class is broken into 2 parts. The first is half strength/skill focused. The second half is taking the movements we did in the first portion and using them in an EMIM (every minute on the minute) format. So think a little more cardio intensive. No experience is necessary and if you want to bring you own bells COOL! Don’t be afraid, Justin can coach you through the whole thing!
Wake and Bake
Rise and shine motherf***ers! This vinyasa class will get your energy flowing and you feeling ready to kick the days ass in 45 minutes flat! This set sequence flow class written by Justin is just what you need to start your day. Set your alarms and let’s practice!
Flight Club
Looking to take your practice to new heights!? Flight club will get you there! This class is focused on gaining strength and skills to get into inversions, mainly handstands. Its completely all levels so beginners are more then welcome. We do strength and core work to prime the body then work on different drills and games to get upside down safely. Its perfect for any one looking to gain the courage to do a handstand in the center of the room!
Barre w/ Brandi
This bar-less Barre is all levels friendly! It combines elements of ballet, pilates and yoga to strengthen and tone. Using light weights and props, class will focus on high reps, isometric holds and resistance to fatigue the muscles. Upbeat playlists and tempo changes create a fun distraction to that deep burn barre lovers crave! All you need is a mat and we’ll improve your strength, flexibility and balance!
